Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 2 - 3 business days. However, in peak seasons, shipments can take up to 7 business days. Once the order has been dispatched you will be sent a Tracking Code in your email with which you can use to track your order.

Order Fulfillment

We ship daily from Monday through Friday, 52 weeks a year except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturday will ship the following Monday or next open business day. 

Logistics Methods and Delivery Time

We prefer to offer free Standard Shipping on all orders, such as DHL eCommerce,FedEx Economy,UPS Ground,UPS Standard,TNT Economy Express, local post service. It usually take 7-15 business days to arrive.If the customer has specific requirements for the logistics method, we will charge an extra fee according to the specific logistics method
